Returns

Most items are made in small batches or made-to-order. Each piece is crafted with care — sometimes by hand, sometimes by instinct. Because of this, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives with a clear production fault.

If something is wrong — truly wrong — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll look into it together, and offer a fix, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

We don’t accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or customized (including dyed or distressed garments).

And we don’t believe in forcing clothes back into boxes when they’ve already begun a life
